Dr. Neal was born in Galveston, Texas August 30, 1951 and raised in Dickinson, Texas. He graduated from Dickinson High School in 1969. He began college at San Jacinto Jr. College in Pasadena, Texas on a music scholarship with a BS major. He attended the University of Texas at Austin for undergraduate studies in 1971. Maintaining a 4.0 GPA, acceptance to Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society and high dental aptitude test scores earned him early entry into the University of Texas Dental School at Houston in 1972 as one of its youngest students. During his graduate studies he also worked as a professional musician, prosector of Gross Anatomy, an artist in the Medical Illustrations dpt., a laboratory technician and research scientist at the Veteran's Administration Hospital at Houston.


He entered private practice in 1976. He has accumulated over 600 hours in continuing education courses all over the country. He returned to the University of Texas Dental School in 1996 for a one year post-graduate preceptorship in dental implant surgical placement and restoration studying under top national leaders in implantology. He received the status of Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry in 2005 in recognition of achieving education and testing requirements of the Academy. In addition, he has been a member of The American Dental Association, The Texas Dental Association, The Greater Houston Dental Society, The Southwestern Institute of Dental Anesthesiology, The International Congress of Oral Implantologists and the American Association of Oral Implantology. In 2013 he was initiated into The Honorable Order of Good Fellow of the Texas Dental Association.


 Dr. Neal currently lives in Spring, Texas with his wife, Susan, son Dave and two kitties JJ and Ginger.  He is owner and CEO of Klein Dental Center, PC. His hobbies include fishing, reading, music, computer tech, photography, traveling and just generally enjoying life.


Dr. Neal, his family and staff believe that GOD has given him unique gifts and talents well suited to the practice of dentistry. He strives to use those gifts and talents to the best of his ability.
